Jeanie Haar
Founder & CEO
Jeanie Haar is the founder and CEO of Pelican Solar Service, Inc., a San Marcos-based residential solar and roofing firm serving homeowners across San Diego and Riverside Counties. Since 2018 she has driven Pelican's vertically integrated "install-then-serve" model—combining turnkey PV, battery, and roofing projects with ongoing monitoring, cleaning, and rapid-response repairs—to give customers a single, trusted partner for their system's 25-year life.
By championing rescue work for "orphaned" solar arrays and forging referral networks with HOAs and trade partners, Haar has positioned Pelican as the region's go-to steward for lower electric bills and lower carbon emissions—proving that dependable service is the fastest way to accelerate Southern California's clean-energy transition.
